Attendee Arrivals into Kilimanjaro airport (JRO) and transfers to Gran Melia Arusha.

All Day and Evening on Own. All guests will be receiving a room credit for meals this day.

Sunday, May 2 ¹

8:00 AM-9:00 AM: Group Breakfast and Travel Briefing
9:00 AM-10:00 AM: Staggered departures from Gran Melia Arusha to Arusha Airport (ARK)
10:00 AM-11:00 AM: Private chartered flight departures from ARK to Seronera Airstrip (SER).
Flight time from ARK to SER is approximately 50-60 minutes.
11:15 AM-12:15 PM: Departures from SER on Game Drive to Four Seasons Serengeti
Restrooms available at SER; checked-in luggage will be transported in a separate vehicle. Snacks and beverages will be provided on jeeps.
1:45 PM-2:45 PM: Arrivals and check-in at Four Seasons Serengeti
Lunch will be available at your leisure upon your arrival.
Rest of afternoon at leisure
6:00 PM: Welcome Dinner, Poolside

Monday, May 3 – Wednesday, May 5 ¹

Breakfast, lunch and dinner at leisure

Safari drives at your leisure
You will be able to sign up for safari drives at the Success Summit Hospitality Desk at the Gran Melia Arusha or at the Four Seasons Serengeti.

Hot Air Balloon Ride
A wonderful treat awaits you on this magical ride as you soar over the Serengeti. You will receive a day & time for this special activity in your personal agenda when you arrive in Arusha.

Breakfast and lunch at leisure

Departures all day, hotel transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO)
Upon arrival at the Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will claim your luggage and then check-in to your flight back to the U.S.
