Success Summit has arranged for all hotel accommodations, designated meals and activities, airport transfers and taxes connected with events specified in your agenda.

Registration Deadline

The registration website will be available on February 15, 2027. Please complete and submit the requested registration information no later than April 1, 2027. It is imperative that you register early as you will need a Tanzanian visa which may take some time. The earlier you register, the faster you will receive the visa.

Travel Directors

During your leisure hours, travel directors will be located in the Hospitality Suite. Stop by often for help in arranging personal plans, for answers to travel questions and to reconfirm your daily schedule.

Passport and Visa Requirements and Fees

A passport valid for at least six months beyond your departure date from Tanzania will be required for all attendees traveling on the Success Summit program. (passport to be valid through at least November 1, 2027). A Tanzanian visa is required for all attendees for the Success Summit program. Each attendee will be responsible for obtaining their own visa PRIOR to travel.

Success Summit will pay for the cost of obtaining a Tanzanian visa for you and your invited guest. Once the registration website opens, you will receive the link to acquire the visa. Please note that you will need your air itinerary before you can obtain your visa.

We highly recommend you make additional copies of your passport and visa and bring these with you in case your passport is lost or stolen. Do not carry these copies in the same location as your passport.

Your personal item can weigh no more than 10 lbs total or 4.5 kg. Your checked in bag can weigh no more than 50 lbs total or 23 kg. You may check in 1 bag weighing 50 lbs or 2 bags with a combined weight of 50 lbs. Valuables and medications should always be kept in your carry-on luggage.

When packing from home, we suggest that you leave sufficient space in your luggage or bring an additional bag to allow for gifts and other items that you may receive during the program.
